Notice of Infringement – Claim

Title 17 USC §512(f) provides for civil liability, including damages, costs, and attorney fees, against any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents information in a notification of claimed infringement under Section 512(c).

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you believe that material removed from UAEJob.in was taken down as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification in accordance with 17 USC Section 512(g)(3). The counter notification must be provided in writing and include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that was removed and the original location where the material appeared before removal;
